These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the internal reporting applications and related services operated by BIOPAK d.o.o. ("we", "our", or "us").

By using our applications or connecting authorized accounts to our applications, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the applications.

Purpose of the Applications

Our applications are used for internal business reporting, analytics, account management, advertising, and related business workflows.

The applications may connect to third-party platforms, including TikTok, Meta platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, Google Workspace, Google Sheets, and other business tools.

Authorized Use

You may use the applications only for lawful business purposes and only if you are authorized to access the connected accounts, data, and services.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the applications complies with applicable laws, third-party platform terms, advertising policies, data protection requirements, and internal business rules.

TikTok Integration

The TikTok integration is used to access advertising performance and reporting data from authorized TikTok Ads accounts.

You may use TikTok data accessed through the application only for legitimate internal business reporting, analytics, and account management purposes.

You must not use TikTok data in a way that violates TikTok's terms, policies, API rules, or applicable laws.

Meta / Facebook / Instagram Integration

The Meta integration may connect to Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, for business reporting, analytics, advertising, account management, or related internal business purposes.

Depending on approved permissions, the application may access data such as business account information, Page information, advertising account information, campaign data, performance metrics, and other information made available through Meta APIs.

You may use Meta data accessed through the application only for authorized business purposes and in accordance with Meta's terms, platform policies, advertising policies, and applicable laws.

Account Access and Permissions

Some features require you to connect or authorize access to third-party accounts.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your accounts, credentials, and permissions. You must not connect accounts that you are not authorized to manage or access.

We may remove, suspend, or restrict access if an account connection appears unauthorized, insecure, non-compliant, or harmful.

User Responsibilities

You agree that you will not:

- Use the applications for unlawful, misleading, harmful, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
- Attempt to access accounts, data, systems, or services without permission.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the applications.
- Upload, transmit, or introduce malicious code.
- Misuse data received from TikTok, Meta, or other third-party platforms.
- Share reports or platform data with unauthorized parties.
- Violate any applicable platform rules, advertising policies, privacy laws, or data protection requirements.

Data and Privacy

Our collection, processing, storage, and deletion of information is described in our Privacy Policy.

By using the applications, you acknowledge that information may be processed as described in the Privacy Policy and as required to operate the requested business workflows.

Third-Party Services

The applications may integrate with third-party services, including TikTok, Meta platforms, Google Workspace, Google Sheets, and related business tools.

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, performance, policies, or practices.

Your use of third-party services is also governed by their own terms, policies, and platform rules.

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in our applications, software, workflows, documentation, configurations, branding, and related materials remain owned by BIOPAK d.o.o. or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or misuse any part of the applications except as permitted by law or expressly authorized by us.

Service Availability

We aim to keep the applications functional and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability.

The applications may be modified, suspended, restricted, or discontinued at any time for operational, security, legal, compliance, or business reasons.

Security

You must take reasonable steps to protect account credentials, access tokens, reports, and connected platform data.

If you become aware of unauthorized access, misuse, or a security issue related to the applications, you should notify us as soon as possible at info@biopak.si.

Termination or Restriction of Access

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the applications if we believe that use of the applications violates these Terms, third-party platform policies, applicable laws, security requirements, or creates risk for us, users, connected accounts, or third-party platforms.

Disclaimer

The applications are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

We do not guarantee that the applications will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that reports generated by the applications will always be complete, accurate, or up to date.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BIOPAK d.o.o. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, business, goodwill, or platform access arising from or related to use of the applications.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated Last updated date.

Continued use of the applications after changes are posted means that you accept the updated Terms.
