BIOPAK d.o.o. respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use our internal reporting applications and related services.

This policy covers integrations with third-party platforms, including TikTok and Meta platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.

TikTok Integration

This internal application is used by Eko Skrnicl for TikTok Ads reporting. The application uses the TikTok API for Business to access advertising performance and reporting data from authorized TikTok Ads accounts.

Data processed through the TikTok integration may include campaign, ad group, ad, spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, revenue, and other advertising performance metrics.

This data is used only to generate internal business reports, including reports in Google Sheets and other internal reporting tools.

We do not sell TikTok Ads data. We do not share TikTok Ads data with third parties except where necessary to operate the reporting workflow, such as with trusted service providers including Google Workspace and Google Sheets.

API credentials and access tokens are stored securely and are not published publicly. Access to reports is limited to authorized business users.

Meta / Facebook / Instagram Integration

This internal application may connect to Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, for business reporting, account management, advertising, or related internal business purposes.

Depending on the permissions approved by the user or business account administrator, the application may access information required to provide the requested features. This may include business account information, Page information, advertising account information, campaign and performance metrics, and other data made available through Meta APIs.

The application is not intended to collect or store personal data from Meta/Facebook users for profiling, resale, or unrelated purposes. We use Meta data only to provide the requested internal business functionality, such as reporting, analytics, and authorized account management.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share Meta data with third parties except where necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, protect security, or work with trusted service providers required to operate the reporting workflow.

How We Use Information

We use information processed through our applications to:

- Provide and operate internal reporting and business tools.
- Connect authorized accounts with TikTok, Meta, or other supported platforms.
- Generate business reports and analytics.
- Maintain security, reliability, and technical functionality.
- Communicate about support, updates, or service-related notices.
- Comply with legal obligations and platform requirements.

Data Storage and Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.

Access tokens, API credentials, reports, and related business data are stored securely and are accessible only to authorized users or systems that require access for legitimate business purposes.

However, no method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide our services, operate internal reporting workflows, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet platform requirements.

When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it where reasonably possible.

User Data Deletion Instructions

Our application does not store personal data received from Meta/Facebook users on our servers for unrelated purposes.

If you connected your Facebook or Meta account to our app, you can remove the app and revoke access at any time by following these steps:

1. Log in to your Facebook account.
2. Go to Settings & Privacy.
3. Click Settings.
4. Go to Apps and Websites.
5. Find the connected app.
6. Click Remove.

Removing the app will revoke our access to your Meta/Facebook account.

After receiving your request, we will review it and delete personal data associated with your account unless we are required to retain certain information for legal, security, fraud prevention, compliance, or platform policy reasons.

Our applications may connect with third-party services, including TikTok, Meta platforms, Google Workspace, Google Sheets, and related business tools.

Your use of those third-party services may also be governed by their own privacy policies, terms, and platform rules.
